Chest and Leg Raises: Lying on your stomach, lift your chest and knees off the floor in a thin arc, so that your stomach is the only thing touching the floor.  Do it for 2 minutes.


Side Leg Raise: Roll onto one side and, keeping your leg straight, lift it to a 45-degree angle.  5 repetitions on each side.


Push-ups: 5 reps. 


Raise legs: Lying on your back, keep your leg straight and lift it 90 degrees.  5 repetitions.


Run and jump on site: Run on site, counting your steps.  When you reach 50, bring your arms back and take a big leap, bending your knees and stretching your arms in the air.  Land with both feet.  Repeat for 3 minutes.

The main movement of Los angeles lakers this summer was the acquisition of Russell Westbrook.  Dominant player in the regular season and who has just signed some fantastic 22.2 points, 11.7 assists and 11.5 rebounds per night with Washington Wizards.  It has been their most mature season per game, although the Lakers will have to adapt a figure of Russ’ impact to a team where they already have two of the most decisive players on the planet, LeBron James and Anthony Davis.

Spacing will be the main issue.  Till the date, Westbrook has been negative for his teams when he did not have the ball in his hands.  He has few movements without the ball and accumulates a poor 29% in triples in the last three seasons (27.6% in the same stretch in Playoffs).  If shooters were already needed with James and Davis, getting space will be even more important now with Westbrook in the equation.
We still don’t know what the Lakers’ starting lineup will be, although everything points in two directions.  Each one has its explanation and meaning.  Let’s analyze the two ways that Frank Vogel has to start the games with the Los Angeles team.

Davis said when he came to the Lakers that he prefers to play power forward.  Or rather, in the regular season he is in favor of having a defensive pivot at his side that reduces his workload.  It makes all the sense in the world and is positive for both the organization and the player.  And in fact, that’s how it was in their first year, the one they ended up as champions at Disney: he had JaVale McGee and Dwight Howard to cover him, and so he played 60% of his minutes as power forward in the regular season.  In Playoffs the sample was reversed: AD played 60% of his time as five.
Mind you, Davis’ second season at Lakerland has been different.  In regular season they gave him more rest, passing 91% of possessions as power forward.  In the 5 games he played in the Playoffs, the dynamic was maintained and he played 80% of the possessions as 4. Why? Because of the size of Phoenix and the presence of Andre Drummond, whose performance was far from positive, both for his own performances and for diverting the option of AD as five, although this was Vogel’s decision.

The fact is that now it will be different.  Davis, Westbrook and LeBron shared a dinner at James’ house when the trade was confirmed.  According to the LA Times, the three All-Stars vowed to put their egos behind to make the union work.  And in particular, AD told Russ that he would play longer as a pivot if that was in the best interest of the team..  It was part of a conversation in which LeBron also said that if he had to play more power forward than forward, he would.

It is true that he has two seasons with the Pelicans in which, with a reasonable volume, he exceeded 40% (47.6% and 44.6%), but his career average (36.5%) is more in line with reality.  In 2019-2020 the 34,4% of his triples in catch & shoot (3.1 per game) and in Playoffs he rose to 38% (2.4 attempts).
Quintets with an AD of 5 not only allow more space, and therefore room for Westbrook penetrations or LeBron posting actions, but also increase the defense’s ability to react.  A quintet with Westbrook, Horton-Tucker, LeBron, Ariza and AD has a lot of size and mobility.  They would only suffer against heavy fives like Rudy Gobert or Nikola Jokic.  The pivot Davis lineups gave the Lakers very good results in 2019-2020: an attack that produced 112.5 points per 100 possessions (65th percentile) and a defense that fit 106,7 (84th percentile).

The previous case is cemented, in part, in the possibilities that Gasol will not play the entire season with the Lakers.  Marc Stein, one of America’s most trusted journalists, said in his newsletter that Marc “is not insurance” to return to Los Angeles, despite the announcement the player made after being eliminated in the Games.  This would make sense if they have little confidence in what you can contribute and opted for the Davis route as the starting pivot, while Dwight Howard appears as five substitutes and Carmelo Anthony acts as four reserve after Ariza.
That said, just as it makes sense to go out with Davis starting five, so does it make sense to stick with Marc and use him as a starter.  In the Olympic Games he offered a very poor version, but it is that his physique no longer gives to be the reference of a team.  However, with the Lakers his role is different. Shooting, defending and passing are the three keys.  The question is, does it fit into this new project?

The Lakers will seek to defend and fly, taking advantage of the fact that they have three beasts to devour spaces in transition and a good list of shooters.  But there, at that high rate, Gasol does not fit. It does make sense as a defensive element against Joel Embiid, Nikola Jokic and company (Davis lacks some size) and as a pivot to open the court.  It is true that the sensations of his 2020-2021 are negative, but since the signing of Andre Drummond his performance has improved, including triple: a 51.4% (2.2 attempts in 17.1 minutes) in the last 17 regular season games; and 63.6% (2.2 attempts in 17.5 minutes) in 5 Playoff games.
Gasol also favors cuts and off-the-ball play for his team, as he demonstrated last season with his connections with LeBron himself or with Kyle Kuzma.  This asset should be considered for the next course. If we are going to see Westbrook act more without the ball, having Marc how to distribute from the header would be interesting.

We know that in defense the problems would come from speed.  When he is paired with a great outside manager, like Bradley Beal, who already had a bad time a few months ago, Marc has problems when he does not arrive with his displacement. Far from the rim he suffers, and when he suffered all the Lakers did.  The base of the team is defense and both AD and Howard offer greater versatility when keeping small.  The alignments with Gasol of 5 gave irregular results in 2020-2021: an attack that produced 109.5 points per 100 possessions (31st percentile) and a defense that fit 105,9 (95th percentile)

WHAT IS THE CHARACTER THAT WAS REMOVED FROM “THE CONJURATION” 3?
As all the followers of “The Conjuring” knew, the initial plan of Michael Chaves, director of the film, was to include a demonic character.  In an interview with ‘Collider’, the filmmaker revealed the reason why he decided to eliminate this creature from history;  although he pointed out that it was someone “incredible and interesting.”
“When we were testing the film, what we found is that you want the film to come up to resolution, be in focus, and offer an easy explanation that makes sense. The demon we had was amazing and interesting and true, true to the stories of David Glatzel and Arne “, said Chaves.

WHY WAS THE DEMON CHARACTER REMOVED FROM THE CONJURATION 3?
“They both described this creature that was chasing them.  But it just didn’t fit the movie.  It was too complicated. He was that kind of character that, who knows?  Maybe he’ll make his way into another ‘The Conjuring’ movie.  But it was the kind of thing that, if we were all relentlessly committed to spinning off the movies, we probably would have kept it. “explained the director.
WHEN WAS “THE CONJURATION” 3 RELEASED?
As has happened with major productions around the world, “El Conjuro” 3 had to move its entire recording plan due to the health emergency caused by the coronavirus at the beginning of 2020. The production had agreed to the premiere for September of that year , but finally with all the changes it was released on June 4, 2021.

WHAT HAPPENED AT THE END OF “THE SPELL” 3?
While Arne is tormented by the Occultist in jail, the Warrens discover a witch totem underneath in the Glatzels’ house and this leads them to Kastner, who previously cared for the ‘Disciples of the Ram’ cult and explains that the only target of the person who left that cursed artifact is to create chaos.
Later, the Warrens discover that the Occultist is Lola, the daughter that Kastner secretly raised, and that to end the curse it is necessary to destroy the main altar.  When Lorraine enters the tunnels to do the latter, the occultist murders her father, tries to get Arnie to commit suicide, and possesses Ed again.
Despite the Occultist’s attempts, the Warren’s love is stronger and Lorraine manages to free Ed, who destroys the altar and saves those who were in danger at the time.  However, the demon needs the soul that was promised to him, so he takes Lola.  Meanwhile, Arne is sentenced for involuntary manslaughter to five years in prison.

The film grossed US $ 1,104 million at the box office, but widely criticized by specialists.  You can see it in Amazon Prime Video.

Isabela Yolanda Moner Pizarro, known as Isabela Merced, is a 20-year-old Peruvian-American actress and singer.  Her parents are Patrick Moner, born in Indiana, and Katherine Pizarro, born in Lima.  He has two brothers, Jared and Gyovanni.  He speaks perfectly Spanish and English.
On several occasions, she has said that she is proud of her Peruvian roots.  Although he was born in Cleveland, Ohio, he has a DNI and knows Peruvian customs and traditions.  “My mother raised me speaking Spanish in a house where we have eaten a lot of Peruvian food,” she revealed in an interview.

Isabela continues to talk with the premiere of “Sweet Girl“And also after it became known that it appears among the options of the Warner Bros. studio to give life to the superheroine” Batgirl “in a new film.
According to an exclusive published by Deadline magazine, the Peruvian is participating in the selection process for the role, which also includes Zoey Deutch (“Vampire Academy”) and Haley Lu Richardson (“The Edge of Seventeen”).

Today, we look at when Peacemaker, who is a member of the Squad in the DC Extended Universe and now the current Suiicide Squad comic book, first met the Squad in the DC Universe.

In “When We First Met”, we spotlight the various characters, phrases, objects or events that eventually became notable parts of comic lore, like the first time someone said, “Avengers Assemble!” or the first appearance of Batman’s giant penny or the first appearance of Alfred Pennyworth or the first time Spider-Man’s face was shown half-Spidey/half-Peter. Stuff like that.

One of the fascinating aspects of the DC Universe in the wake of Crisis on Infinite Earths is that, at least in the books dealing with the United States Government, things were taken very seriously in the connection between the various titles, all of which were starring characters that were working for the government, but, of course, different groups had different agendas.


                                                                                                                                                                        
The three main projects were the Suicide Squad, the spy group, Checkmate, and the Atom Project, which created Captain Atom (they all starred in their respective comic books, Suicide Squad, Checkmate and Captain Atom). There was a lot of overlap between the books, like Nightshade was a member of the Suicide Squad while being Captain Atom’s liaison over in the pages of Captain Atom. There were also a couple of side projects in the various government agencies that appeared here and there, namely Project: Peacemaker (Peacemaker often showed up in Checkmate) and the American Security Agency’s Force of July group (who fought the Outsiders during Mike W. Barr’s acclaimed run on the series). The main groups were pretty much all considered Take Force X.

The Janus Directive storyline begins in Suicide Squad #27 (by John Ostrander, Kim Yale, John Snyder and Karl Kesel) following Checkmate #15 (by Paul Kupperberg, Steve Ervin and Al Vey) when Amanda Waller reveals to the heads of Checkmate and the Peacemaker Project that the other groups within Task Force X (namely The Force of July and the Atom Project) are working against them and that they need to be taken out…

Peacemaker and a few Checkmate agents take Dr. Megala, the top scientist of the Atom Project, captive and in the process, nearly kill Wade Eiling, the guy in charge of the Atom Project. The Atom Project then sends one of its agents, the sadistic Major Force, who hunts down the kidnapped Dr. Megala and is met by Peacemaker, who plans on killing him…




    
        

                                    
                        



The Squad are brought in to take out Dr. Megala themselves while he is in Ckeckmate custody and when the Squad shows up, they see Peacemaker and Major Force duking it out and Vixen orders the Squad to take them BOTH down and Shade the Changing Man uses his belt to deal Peacemaker a major blow to start…




    
        

                                    
                        



Peacemaker, you see, was the son of a former Nazi Commantdant and he was REALLY messed up due to that, psychologicaally. His father was a strict disciplinarian, so he imagines his father yelling at him to motivate him, but at the same time, he is disgusted at his father’s Nazi beliefs. The end result is one mentally tortured dude. A dazed Peacemker decides to complete his mission and kill Dr. Megala…




    
        

                                    
                        



The explosion kills Megala (seemingly) and almost kills Count Vertigo…




    
        

                                    
                        



There was a lot more bloody in this panel than you would see in a typical 1988 comic book, so in the context of that scene, the Suicide Squad movie might not even be as bloody as this, all things considered!




    
        

                                    
                        



The interesting thing is that before this moment, Vixen was planning on the mission going withOUT killing anyone, despite Waller outright ordering her to kill Megala. Earlier in the storyline, the Squad had taken on the Force of July (who had been prewarned that the Squad was coming) and the Squad ended up having to kill most of the patriotic-themed superheroes, which was also not the plan of the Squad leader, the Bronze Tiger.

Peacemaker later attacks the Suicide Squad to gain revenge for them attacking him during his Major Force fight (the whole thing was becoming a total mess as the various agencies attack each other)…




    
        

                                    
                        



We then learn that the villainous Kobra has been trying to replace key government figures with clones that he controls while he has a plot to fry all electronics in the United States from a sort of space laser (that will also fry the nervous systems of most people in the United States) and one of these clones was meant to replace Waller, but instead, Waller defeated the doppelganger and is now just going along with her orders from Kobra until she learned more about the villain’s plot. She didn’t know who she could trust, so she played the part of the villain to a tee, including ordering the deaths of the Force of July and Dr. Megala (she defiantly tells the lone survivor of the Force of July that she would do it again if need be). Now, though, she can reveal the truth to the other project heads…




    
        

                                    
                        



The combined team travels into Outer space to take the Kobra down in Suicide Squad #30…




    
        

                                    
                        



In an awesome sequence, Squad member Duchess (who is actually the Female Fury known as Lashina, which was an open secret among the Squad, even though she insisted that she had amnesia) and Peacemaker share a moment…




    
        

                                    
                        



Kobra is eventually defeated by the combined groups. Once things were settled, though, then-President George H.W. Bush reorganized the groups, putting Sarge Steel in charge of all superhuman activities while putting General Eiling in charge of the military’s side of things, superhuman-wise. Waller was essentially demoted, as her lone wolf routine was not making anyone happy (she would soon take the Suicide Squad freelance).

CLEMSON – In a word, Clemson’s secret to success this season could boil down to one attribute: Willpower.
Based on the Tigers’ 2021 roster, Willpower is in no short supply as there are eight players named Will on the team, including several who will play key roles as the Tigers pursue a seventh consecutive Atlantic Coast Conference championship.
Where there’s a Will, there’s a way at Clemson, and foremost among them may be Will Shipley, the precocious freshman who made a statement in last week’s romp against S.C. State by rushing for 80 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries.
Here’s a look at Clemson’s Wills:
Will Shipley: Clemson’s Swiss Army knife
Shipley was ranked among the nation’s top running backs as a senior at Weddington High near Charlotte, a five-star recruit and the No. 2 all-purpose back in the country.
He began living up that billing shortly after arriving on campus in January and going through spring practice, summer drills and fall camp, all the while winning sprints without fail.

Now, Johannes Roberts has the opportunity to redeem himself and show the world what could be the best audiovisual product of Resident Evil, since the idea of ​​the director was to return to the origins of the saga by focusing on the first three installments.  We had high hopes, but the truth is that everything fell apart when we first saw, and thanks to IGN, the first images of that Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City, Roberts’s feature film that should see the light very soon and that, for now, is not that it paints too well.

“Lisa Trevor is actually a pivotal role in the movie. I was always fascinated by her when she was playing the remake of the first game. We had high hopes, but the truth is that everything fell apart when we first saw, and thanks to IGN, the first images of that Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City, Roberts’s feature film that should see the light very soon and that, for now, is not that it paints too well. 
As you will see below, we can see characters like Leon S. Kennedy, Claire and Chris Redfield, Albert Wesker or Jill Valentine in full action, as well as the odd monster that is sure to delight fans.  Then we leave you with the images that we comment on: 




 



“Lisa Trevor is actually a pivotal role in the movie. I was always fascinated by her when she was playing the remake of the first game. I found her character unsettling and at the same time strangely unsettling. ”Explains Roberts.  “When we were discussing how to bring this story to life, it was one of the elements that I really wanted to highlight strongly, as she has never been in any of the filmed versions of Resident Evil.  I wanted her to be a three-dimensional character, not just a spooky specter.  We cast Marina Mazepa, who had just done Malignant for James Wan and really worked hard to bring this character to life in a way that I think fans will love so much.  It is terrifying but also tragic.  In the movie, we really connected her to Claire Redfield’s story, starting with the orphanage where Claire grew up.“
Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City will be released only in theaters on November 24, 2021 in the United States.
